How to Refill

1) Get a container

You can bring your own container or purchase one from us!

Bring your own container

Just be sure to...

1) Thoroughly clean container with hot water and soap (or dishwasher) until no residue remains.

2) Sanitize glass containers by placing - fully submerged - in boiling water for 3 minutes and plastic containers by spraying with a 70% alcohol solution.

3) Thoroughly dry your container(s) before refilling.

Purchase a container

This one's easy! Simply buy a new container from us.

2) Fill 'em up!

Shop our Refill Bar and stock up on your favorite household necessities like laundry detergent, all-purpose cleaner, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, and more. 

You can either shop with us in-store or you can shop our Bulk Refills online and pick up in store. 

3) Weigh & Pay

If shopping online, select the desired weight in ounces under Quantity, add to cart, and check out.

If shopping in-person:

  1. Locate one of our scales.
  2. TARE your container (including any closure that will may be included), then record weight of contents of container.
  3. Write this on tag and bring to checkout.

NOTE: We measure quantity purchased by weight - not fluid ounces. It does tend to be close to a 1:1 ratio, meaning 1 oz net weight of most products (except thicker ones) will be similar to 1 fl oz. This is not guaranteed, just a barometer to help guide you.
