Wisconsin Wildflower is the product of summer in a jar, the bees have been visiting flowers that bloom all summer from basswood to goldenrod and everything in between. This honey is a rich amber colored honey with warm spice notes and a fruity finish. This is one of my favorite honeys to use in drinks and in cooking where you really want the honey flavor to shine since it has a little stronger flavor.
