There are many health benefits from either soaking your feet or taking a bath in Epsom salt, including: soothing muscle pain and aches, providing itch relief from sunburn and poison ivy, removing splinters, decreasing swelling and boosting your body’s levels of magnesium and sulfate. You can also improve your overall sleep and help reduce stress.
Epsom salt is small, white, odorless crystals that are United States Pharmacopeia (U.S.P.) Grade. Epsom salt is not meant to be used internally. However, food grade Epsom salt is a better option because it doesn't have the chemicals that are found in non-food grade Epsom salts.
This Epsom salt is made from a 100% natural source, which makes it ideal for use on the body, in the garden where you plant food for your family to eat or to use around your home.

Directions
What to do for sore muscles, aches, pains, bruises, improved sleep, stress reduction and splinter removal. Add 2 cups of Epsom salt to the water in a standard-sized bathtub (double the Epsom salt for an oversized garden tub). Soak for at least 12 minutes. The Epsom salt will dissolve quicker if you put it under the running water.
